Currently, the department offers two undergraduate courses-

Four-year degree course in Chemistry under FYUGP (Dibrugarh University)
Three-year degree course in Chemistry under CBCS (Dibrugarh University)

The department does not offer any non-major programs.

Founded in 1970 and is affiliated to Dibrugarh University, Sonari college offers undergraduate degree courses in science and arts.
